The short version: Use Media Looper responsibly. Your content is your responsibility. We're a free service, so no warranties.

1. What Media Looper Is

Media Looper is a service that lets you display photos and videos on a connected device through Telegram. We provide the software and relay service; you provide the device and content.

2. Your Content

You keep full ownership of any content you upload. By using Media Looper, you confirm that:

You own or have rights to all content you upload
Your content doesn't violate any laws
You won't upload illegal, harmful, or infringing material

We don't store your media. Files pass through our servers briefly during transfer and are immediately delivered to your device. We don't keep copies.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

The content you display
Keeping your Telegram account secure
How you use the service in your business or home

4. Our Responsibilities

We will:

Make reasonable efforts to keep the service running
Not sell or share your personal information
Be transparent about how the service works

5. Service Availability

Media Looper is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee:

100% uptime (servers need maintenance sometimes)
That every file format will work
That the service will exist forever

6. Limitation of Liability

Media Looper is a free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to:

Lost content (always keep your own backups)
Service interruptions
Any issues arising from content you display

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Media Looper, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You can stop using the service at any time by unlinking your device.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Media Looper after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Media Looper.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
